A 10% deposit is payable on booking, returnable on cancellation if we relet the property for the period, or if the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control. If the booking is less than six weeks before arrival, the full amount will be charged on booking. The balance is charged automatically 6 weeks prior to arrival. Again, if the booking is cancelled, the fee is returned if we relet the property for the period, or if the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control. If applicable, a charge of €25 extra per pet per week is charged automatically with the balance. Please note that the system will only accept bookings Saturday to Saturday. Returning customers get a 10% discount. Reduced rates are offered for stays exceeding four weeks. For returning customers, use the 10% off discount code: 10OFF.
